What moves you?
You already have the answer — I help you find it.
Coaching doesn't work because someone has the right answer for you. It works because you find it yourself.
It sounds simple — and yet it's anything but obvious. Most of us are used to getting advice, applying tips, reading concepts. And still, hardly anything sticks. Not because the advice was bad. But because it came from the outside.
In coaching, we turn that around. I walk alongside you as you find your own answer — one that fits your life, your values, and what really matters to you. I've experienced this myself. It changed something in me that no business plan could have created.
I work with the Co-Active approach — the belief that you are naturally creative, resourceful, and whole. Which means: I'm not here to teach you something. Together, we look at you — at what drives you. At what you long for. At what you may have known for a long time but haven't yet said out loud.
Together, as equals. Without ready-made recipes. What emerges is often more than a solution — it's something lasting. Transformative.

Get to know your coach
20 years of negotiations, processes, KPIs. I worked as a strategic buyer — analytical, structured, results-driven. Skills that make me stronger as a coach today than I would have imagined back then.
And at some point, I asked myself: Do I really want to do this for the next 20 years?
I didn't find the answer in a spreadsheet. I found it in coaching — and experienced for myself what it means to find your own solution. That moment has something magical about it. It gives you a drive that no business plan can create.
But I also know the other side: exhaustion, burnout, and depression — not from textbooks, but from my own experience. That's what showed me: change is possible when you're ready to look closer.
When I'm not coaching, I'm on my road bike, my mountain bike, or my yoga mat. I love good conversations, strong coffee — and music that has successfully ignored the last 25 years.

"With his calm, empathetic manner, Mike creates a space where you can fully open up and truly let go — it went surprisingly deep. Coaching would do everyone good — to pause and honestly look: Am I still on the right path?"
