Walk & Talk

A path through the forest — Walk & Talk coaching connects movement with reflection in the Burgdorf and Emmental region.

Getting thoughts moving

Those who walk think differently. Not because the legs take over thinking — but because the body is in motion and the mind follows. Most of my deepest conversations emerge exactly this way — on the move, when the view widens and a topic suddenly shows up from a different angle.

Walk & Talk uses exactly that: movement creates distance, supports thinking, and gets things flowing that stay stuck when sitting. Especially when you don't know how to move forward anymore, the path forward can literally emerge as you walk.

The route adapts to you

We’ll tailor the route to your needs—not according to a set plan, but based on what you’re up for today. The body often knows more than we give it credit for. Sometimes you need more breaks; other times, you need to pick up the pace. There are moments when we’ll start with a session in the coaching space before heading outside.

Walking and pausing, speaking and being silent. In Co-Active Coaching, we call this “dancing in the moment.”

For different life situations

Walk & Talk is effective when you sense that a new beginning is on the horizon but don't yet know in which direction. Which format fits you, we find out together — Walk & Talk can be part of it from the start or come in later.

The formats can be flexibly combined: a session in nature when you simply want to arrive. Or online when the weather doesn't cooperate.

You'll find what working together costs and how it's structured on the Services & Prices page.

All it takes is the decision to get going.

Let's get going.
