You carry the answer within you. What I offer creates the space for it to emerge.
Every collaboration begins with a first session — and a mutual sense of whether we're a good fit. Then we start with a Discovery phase: two sessions in which we explore what's on your mind, your goals, and your path. Only then does the actual coaching begin. The packages here show you what's possible — you decide what fits you.
First Session
Before we start working together, we both want to know: does this fit? The first session is a protected space where you share what's on your mind — without expectations, without obligations. I listen, ask questions, and you get a first sense of how I work. At the end, you decide whether and how to continue. Entirely up to you.

You're wondering if coaching is right for you. In Start, you find answers — to your questions, to yourself. Four sessions to sense what coaching can set in motion. Start small, feel real impact.
